Who can be on my Family Plan?
The Family Plan helps you and your loved ones enjoy CLEAR together, whether it's your biological family, chosen family, or friends that feel like family. It's totally up to you!Individuals on your Family Plan do need to meet the enrollment requirements, which means that they must be 18 or older and have a valid US photo ID.Kids under 18 can go through the CLEAR Lane for free when accompanied by a CLEAR member. There's no need to add them to your Family Plan.
What is the Family Plan and how does it work?
The Family Plan helps you and your loved ones enjoy CLEAR together. When you enroll in a CLEAR Plus membership, you can add up to 3 adults to your Family Plan at a discounted rate. Once added to your Family Plan, your family member can complete enrollment at any CLEAR LOCATION. Enrolling only takes a few minutes and they can start using CLEAR right away.People on your Family Plan can use CLEAR any time, and you don't have to be with them.Children under 18 don't need to be added to your Family Plan and can simply tag along with you for free.
How do I update my Family Plan?
Log into your account at my.clearme.com, where you have instant access to your Family Plan. You can remove any family member by selecting “Deactivate” next to their name. To add them back to your account, select “Reactivate.”If you would like to update the email address associated with a family membership, simply select “Edit” next to the active family member and updating the email address there. You can update other information like the name or date of birth by having your family member visit a CLEAR location with a valid US photo ID.
How do I add someone to my Family Plan?
Once you're a CLEAR Plus member, simply log into your account at MY.CLEARME.COM and select 'Add a family member' there. You can add up to 3 family members at a discounted rate. Remember that children under 18 can go through the CLEAR Lane for free when accompanied by a CLEAR member. There is no need to add children under 18 to your account.Once you add a family member, they'll need to visit a CLEAR location in-person to complete their enrollment. Enrolling is easy and only takes a few minutes. Once they're done, they can use CLEAR right away.If you'd like to add an existing CLEAR member to your Family Plan, please email us at memberservices@clearme.com with their details below and we'll update your Family Plan for you:1. How am I billed for my Family Plan?
CLEAR Plus members can add up to 3 adults to their family plan at a discounted rate at any time. Depending on where you are in your subscription when you add a family member, you will be billed a prorated amount based on your renewal date.
Can my children use CLEAR?
Children under 18 can go through the CLEAR Lane for free when accompanied by a CLEAR member. No need to add those under 18 to your account.
